Hello and Welcome to The Park’s very own blog.
My name is Alex Thorne and I’m the general manager here and the aim of this blog is to provide helpful tips and tricks when organising your event. I’ll also be placing photos from recent events here and on our facebook page. Some general information for you as this is the first blog post:
A venue of exclusivity
We don’t hold multiple events on the same day. Anybody who chooses to hire The Park can relax in the knowledge that they have exclusive use of the site, so you won’t have to worry about your big day being ruined because some else has over run. In fact you’ll have the run of the place from 8am to midnight, so plenty of time to get those little details “just so”.
A venue of ease
Time and time again our clients tell us that they struggle to find a place that can accommodate their guests parking needs. The Park boasts a 400 vehicle capacity car park with coach parking also available. Now you know your guests won’t be in a panic trying to find a space when they arrive for your big day.

We don’t just provide a blank room and then bill you for extras. The Park offers a fully inclusive service when you book with us. You will receive the following:

The Park has been family owned since 1991. Recently a new generation took over with plan for new and exciting ventures at The Park, all the while maintaining our core values of quality, professionalism and service.
